Managing Channels

Add, remove, and configure your autopublisher channels.

πŸ”§ Accessing Channel Management

From the main autopublisher panel, click πŸ”§ Manage Channels to see all your configured channels.

Discord Command
/autopublisher

Opens the autopublisher panel β†’ Click 'Manage Channels'

Each channel shows its name, status (enabled/disabled), and when it was added. Click βš™οΈ Configure on any channel to access its settings.

Per-Channel Actions

When configuring a channel, you have three options:

Change Channel

Switch to a different announcement channel while keeping the configuration.

πŸ—‘οΈ

Remove

Completely remove the channel from autopublisher.

Enable/Disable

Temporarily pause or resume autopublishing without removing the channel.

Tip
Use Disable instead of removing a channel if you plan to re-enable it later. This saves your configuration.

🌐 Global Toggle

The main autopublisher panel has a global enable/disable button. This affects all channels at once:

Enabled

Autopublishing is active for all enabled channels.

Disabled

All autopublishing is paused. Channel configs are preserved.

Channel Limit

You can configure up to 5 announcement channels for autopublishing. If you've reached the limit, the Add Channel button will be disabled.

Note
To add a new channel when at the limit, you'll need to remove an existing one first.
